1. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Your name, return address, and telephone number.
3. A brief description of the problem and the service you’re requesting.
4. A copy of the sales receipt.
Write your RA number on the outside of the box—missing RA numbers can delay processing.
Safety warning: Setwear gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not expose to extreme abrasion, open flame, or sparks from grinding/welding.
