  • Warranty at a glance

    30-day limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. Valid with original receipt. Warranty is void if products are altered or if labels/tags are removed. Damage from misuse, alteration, or negligence isn’t covered. Products returned for warranty must be washed.

How to make a warranty claim

The fastest & easiest way is to return the product to your original dealer.

If you need to work with Setwear directly, include the following in your return package:

  1. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Your name, return address, and telephone number.
  3. A brief description of the problem and the service you’re requesting.
  4. A copy of the sales receipt.

    Write your RA number on the outside of the box—missing RA numbers can delay processing.

    Safety warning: Setwear gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not expose to extreme abrasion, open flame, or sparks from grinding/welding.

Returns

For the quickest turnaround, return to the original dealer. If you need to return directly to Setwear, contact info@setwear.com or 1-877-SET-WEAR for instructions.

Please note:

• Shipping cost is non-refundable; return labels aren’t provided or covered by Setwear.

• Items are replaced only for manufacturing defects.

• Use a trackable service—Setwear isn’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
