SETWEAR WARRANTY:

All SetWear® products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with original receipt of purchase and is void if the product is altered in any way or if any labels or tags have been removed. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product or negligence are not covered under SetWear’s warranty.

Required by law, please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM:
The fastest & easiest way to make a claim is to return to the original dealer.

If you need to deal with SetWear® Products directly:
Please include the following information in your return package:

1.Contact customer service for a SetWear® Return Authorization Number;
2. Your name, return address and telephone number;
3. A brief description of the problem and service you are requesting;
4. A copy of the sales receipt.Reference your assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim. WARNING! SetWear Gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not expose to extreme abrasion, open flame or sparks from grinding and welding.
